That was nice of them.
I've been with Blockbuster a long time so you get to keep your old price rate and they have my history of 1000 ratings.
They help me keep up with in Theater movies also and automatically put them in my queue when available.
I like the combo of instant rental on release date at the store along with deep mail order catalog.
And if we don't support Blockbuster, Netflix will be free to raise rates to the moon. Competition keeps everyone on their toes.

They probably implemented a new form of Throttling. When they started the new Total Access ways my in-store return would update immediately. Normally if you returned an in store before noon then you would get a new mailer that very day. Well this morning I returned Taken at 10am and it did not clear by noon. I called the store and they said it was checked in on the computer and then I called online and they said you have to give it at least 24 hours to update. So once again they are slowing down the process.
